For three days in December, the Taste Fest is held in Sciacca.
It is an opportunity given to the various companies in the agricultural, agri-food and naturalistic sectors to present their products. In addition to tastings of typical products, there will be seminars, debates and interviews dealing with the various topics related to this sector. The primary objective of the festival is to promote research and innovation, which are fundamental elements in the economic activity of every single company.
“All those who, in terms of both professionalism and expertise, can make a strong contribution in the various sectors of food and wine and nature tourism have therefore been involved” – to paraphrase the words of councillor Dimino.
